| Company Profile | Ningbo Zhanzhi its factory was founded in 1997(Old name-Yuhui). It covers an area of 33,000 square meters, and owns about 500 staffs in peak season. It is a professional manufacturer of various kinds of heaters: oil heater, fan heater and convection heater. In China, it is one of the biggest manufacturer of oil heater. Its monthly production capacity of oil heater is about 120K pcs. • It is well experienced in exporting products to all over the world, and European area and USA is its main markets. Its goods have been or used to export to clients like: Target, Home Depot, Aldi, Bunnings, Electrolux, Kingfisher, Auchan, Rusklimat, Pro Breeze, SCHNEIDER, ARENA, REWE and so on. • Through several years' development, It has founded the completed set of production lines, including products development, iron sheet stamping, automatic steel punching,plastic injection,automatic welding, sand-blasting, spray-painting, products assembly. To improve the ability of quality control and production capacity, in 2005, it had imported the most advanced automatic welding machines and automatic punch machines. And in 2008, it had founded two completed automatic welding lines. In 2009, it established the advanced laboratory, owns the test machines like: Salt spray test machine, switch life test machine, high and low temperature test machine, glow wire and needle test machines and life test office. In 2012, it established 4 advanced oil heater assembly lines: Owns automatic oil filling machines, automatic heat element fixing machines; separated oil body life test line. • All of its items have CE approval, and some items also own UKCA, ETL approval for different markets.
